Our Services

LooLuxe rents luxury restroom trailers and portable washing stations for weddings, private events, construction sites, festivals, corporate functions, film/TV productions, and emergency use throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Parkland, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Margate, Coral Springs, and Boca Raton. Service area and unit availability may change without notice.

Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes provided through our site or by direct contact are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once a deposit has been received and we have provided written confirmation (email is sufficient).
• You are responsible for providing accurate event details — date, location, guest count, access conditions, and any site-specific requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including for safety, access, legal, or capacity reasons.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, permits, or fees unless explicitly stated.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in cancellation of the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied as credit to a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the total rental fee is due.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event: 100% of the total rental fee is due.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing as early as possible.
• Cancellations due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond either party's reasonable control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

• You are responsible for ensuring safe, level, and accessible placement at the delivery site, including clearance for our delivery vehicle.
• If the site is inaccessible, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable on arrival, we may decline to deliver. Standard cancellation terms will apply.
• Where required, you are responsible for obtaining permits, HOA approvals, venue clearances, or utility connections (power and water as applicable).
• Delivery and pickup times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled windows but cannot guarantee exact times.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the trailers and equipment only for their intended purpose.
• Do not move, modify, or tamper with any unit, including plumbing, electrical, or generator components.
• Supervise guests and personnel to prevent misuse, vandalism, or damage.
• Do not dispose of non-approved items in the toilets or sinks (no trash, food waste, wipes, or chemicals).
• Notify us promptly of any malfunction, damage, or safety concern.

Damage, Cleaning & Loss

You are responsible for the condition of the units while in your possession. Additional fees may apply for:

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Excessive cleaning requirements
• Removal of prohibited items from tanks
• Theft or loss of any equipment, fixtures, or accessories

We will document any damage and provide an itemized invoice. Charges may be applied to the payment method on file.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LooLuxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or event-related losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that rental.

We do not warrant uninterrupted service in cases of mechanical failure, weather, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LooLuxe LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your event, or your violation of these Terms.

Website Use

• You may not use looluxe.com for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• All content on the site — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by LooLuxe LLC or licensed to us, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
