How many guests can The Palms accommodate?+
The Palms comfortably serves up to 100 guests for a 6-hour event with 2 private stations. For longer events or higher traffic, we recommend adding our Mid-Event Attendant service.
Does The Palms require a water hookup?+
No. The Palms has an onboard water tank that is fully self-contained. No water or power hookup needed. Add our Water Tank (+$250) for extended events over 8 hours.
Is mid-event servicing included?+
Mid-event servicing is available as an add-on (+$250). It includes restocking toiletries, emptying waste, and a full cleaning during your event. Recommended for events over 6 hours.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for weekends. Last-minute bookings are accommodated when availability allows — call us at 954-352-2056.
What is the delivery fee?+
A flat $150 delivery fee applies for all deliveries within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County. No hidden fees.
How much space does The Palms require?+
The Palms requires approximately 20 feet of flat, accessible space. We handle all placement and leveling at delivery.
